Land plot	Total land area is 11 hectares. Plot is located where sanatorium is, but it is divided on different parts and it has one purpose and different ownership bases. It means: - land of 6,663 hectares is of recreational purpose for sanatorium service and it is in sanatorium's private property (with the disposition right after 31.12.2008); - Land plot of agricultural purpose of 3,9572 hectares is in rent for 25 years (till the year 2031г.) and it is for subordinate household organization of the sanatorium; - Land plot of recreational purpose of 0,035 hectares is in rent for 10 years (till the year 2015) is close to the main land plot of the sanatorium. There is an Act of State for the purchased land by the sanatorium but there is no right for land disposition till is fully paid for it (i.e. till the end of 2008).
Total constructions area	6 326 square meters.
Basic assets	Medical base: Balneary, that include: - open swimming pool with mineral water; - covered swimming pool with mineral water; - 2 treated pools with thermal water; - 2 bathing with hydro and aero massages, thermal bathing (general and local for upper and lower extremities), with hydro and pearl baths, upcoming and circular showers. There is well-room with mineral water. There is physiotherapy department that includes: - massage cabinet; - treatment physical exercises hall, training hall; - cabinets of electro, light and heat treatment (ozocerite). There is a laboratory.
